Terms of Service

1. The Service

ScrapScore is a VIN-based auto parts analysis tool that helps you identify profitable parts to pull and sell on eBay. We provide estimates based on market data — results are for informational purposes and not a guarantee of income.

2. Accounts

• You must be 18 or older to create an account
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure
• One account per person — no sharing accounts
• You agree to provide accurate information when signing up

3. Credits & Payments

• Credits are non-refundable once used for a VIN analysis
• Unused credits on one-time plans do not expire
• Monthly subscription credits reset each billing cycle — unused credits do not roll over
• All prices are in USD
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe

4. Refund Policy

We offer refunds on unused credit packs within 7 days of purchase. If you've used any credits from a pack, we'll refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime — you'll retain access until the end of your billing period. To request a refund, email hello@scrapscore.app.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Resell or redistribute ScrapScore data or reports
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-query the service
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service for any illegal purpose

6. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

ScrapScore provides estimates based on historical eBay sold listings and market data. Actual resale prices, demand, and profitability may vary. We do not guarantee any specific results or income from using our service. Always use your own judgment when making purchasing decisions at auction.

7. Intellectual Property

ScrapScore, its logo, and all content on the platform are owned by Alymax69 LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the service without written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we terminate your account without cause, we'll refund any unused credits.

9. Limitation of Liability

ScrapScore is provided "as is." Alymax69 LLC is not liable for any business losses, lost profits, or damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of ScrapScore after changes means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
